In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is a process in which an egg is fertilized with sperm in vitro in the laboratory, then it’s injected into the uterus. Women are stimulated by hormone injections to acquire better quality and a greater number of eggs. Once retrieved, the matured oocytes are then fertilised with the healthiest and strongest sperm collected from the male partner’s semen sample. Then ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection), a technique through which the sperm is injected directly into the cytoplasm of oocytes, is performed. This is done to ensure the maximum chances of fertilization. When successful fertilization has occurred, the embryo is then transferred into the uterus after 3-5 days. At this point, an embryo will take 1–4 days to attach to the uterine lining and begin a successful pregnancy.

Egg Donation is used for a mother candidate herself or with her partner if her egss are not in good quality or she doesn't have enough number of egss.

Sperm Donation

For couples who decide to perform sperm donation, a special medication protocol is issued to increase the number and quality of the eggs of the mother candidate.   

After this, the eggs are collected and fertilized with donor sperm in laboratory conditions.

Embryo Donation

If the problem originated from both the woman and the man as a couple, and both of them are infertile and can't have a baby, embryo donation is used as another option to get pregnant.   

The general success rate is more than 80% in IVF cycles with embryo donation.
