• Women without chronic illnesses (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)

In which situations is Surrogacy performed?
• Women who have had a hysterectomy surgery (tumors, fibroids, cancer, etc.)

Surrogacy Legal Procedures

As a result of the protocols signed with the surrogate mother, the baby will be completely from the couple after the birth and the surrogate mother cannot claim the baby. Contracts are made with lawyers who are experts in surrogacy to fulfill the legal requirements and to protect the rights of the couple applying the procedure.
